Two EDF 2026 Research Actions focused on AI for defence: EDF-2026-RA-SIMTRAIN-MSAI funds AI frameworks for military training and simulation (including cognitive warfare environments); EDF-2026-LS-RA-CHALLENGE-DIGIT-AISAO/AISAP funds an AI swarming challenge. Both have the 29 September 2026 deadline.
