NATO SPS funds collaborative multi-year research between NATO allies and partner countries. Priority areas explicitly include disinformation monitoring tools, AI/deepfake detection, societal resilience against hybrid threats, and cognitive manipulation countermeasures. Grants of €250,000–€400,000 per project. Phase 1 concept notes closed January 2026; Phase 2 invitations ongoing.
